The Internal Revenue Service has issued proposed regulations providing greater detail on the implementation of the employer mandate provisions of the Affordable Care Act. The proposal provides information regarding the agency's approach to questions such as determining whether an employer is subject to the mandate and how to determine which employees are considered "full time employees" for the purposes of the new law. Under new USDA standards, shippers can pack different types and colors of eggplant in the same pack and have them certified to a USDA grade.
