¿¬¹æ ±³Åë ¾ÈÀü ´ç±¹Àº ¼­ºñ½º ±ÔÁ¦ÀÇ »õ·Î¿î ½Ã°£¿¡ ´ëÇÑ 7¿ù1ÀÏ ½ÇÇàÀÇ ¿¬Àå¿¡ ´ëÇØ ºÎÁ¤ÀûÀÎ ÀÔÀåÀ» Ç¥¸íÇß´Ù. The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has denied a request to extend the July 1 implementation date of the new hours of service regulations. The American Trucking Association asked the agency to delay the effective date in order to allow time for a decision by the DC Circuit Court of Appeals in the association's lawsuit against the rules. In their letter denying the stay, FMCSA stated it believed that uncertainty over the outcome of the lawsuit did not create sufficient cause for a delay. The Court is scheduled to hear oral arguments in the case on March 15. Barring a court decision overturning the regulation, the rule will now take effect on July 1 and distributors are urged to plan accordingly. Maine Standard Biofuels refines diesel fuel from the used cooking oil restaurants discard each day, producing about 350,000 gallons of fuel annually. More than one-third of Blimpie's sandwich shops currently operate out of a c-store, and that percentage is likely to grow as more than half of all Blimpie franchises sold since 2011 have also been c-store locations, according to the company.
